Death Penalty

We have all been waiting to hear from the US Supreme Court and, so far, there has been no news.  If there is no decision from the Supreme Court by noon tomorrow (Tuesday, September 30), the death warrant for Troy will expire.  There is still a possibility that the Court will decline to hear the case and a new execution date will be set.  We will update you as soon as we hear anything. 

In the meantime, please continue to take action on our website.  The letters generated will be sent to our Atlanta office and will be delivered to the Georgia Board only if appropriate.  We ask you NOT to contact the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles, the Governor of Georgia, Georgia's Attorney General, or the Supreme Court at this time.  We feel it may be detrimental to Troy's case.
